"I interacted as a prospective customer with Brian Green for several months as I was uncertain which bike, if any, suited my needs. I was returning to the sport after a lengthy break and had many questions, ranging from the types of machine to the physics of motorcycling.
Without tying the answer to a sale, Brian demonstrated patience and professionalism by answering each question unconditionally ** he shares the same passion for the sport as his customers. This attitude, along with every member of Cyclemax’s staff, from Bryan in apparel to Susan the General Manager, is why I purchased my motorcycle from this establishment. Further, when I sold my other cycle, the owner himself, Cliff, came to my residence, 25 miles from the store, and personally picked up the cycle, all without cost.
It is for this reason I will continue to purchase future motorcycles and accessories from Cyclemax. I would recommend any prospective customer looking to interact with a professionally run business to do the same.

"Four years ago I purchased my 04 V Star 1100. I did have a problem with the rims 4 months into owning it, however the owner and I worked it out and they replaced them free of charege. Mike in service is great and the guys in parts realy know there stuff. My salesman has sence left and was replaced with a great guy named Brian, when I'm ready to get my next bike new or used I'll go see him. Thanks for getting my carbs back to the way they needed to be, the bike is running GREAT!!! Kevin Prichard"
