Meet Our Staff

Susan Murray
General Manager
Susan is our fearless leader! To say we're proud to have her at the head of the company would be an understatement. She started here as a kid and has assisted to build Cycle Max into one of the most successful shops around. Don't let the title fool you...you're just as likely to find her in the parts room as you are in the front office. She truly embraces leading by example. Her roots in the powersports business run deep and her passion for two wheels runs deeper. Rarely does the boss get time for themselves but when she does Susan enjoys spending it with her kids or out riding.
Willow
Shop Dog
She will eagerly greet you and make you feel welcome at Cycle Max.
Felix Colon
Parts Manager
If he's not at the parts counter that's because he's running wherever it is he's heading! Energy and kindness are two things Felix has an abundance of. He's been riding since he was a kid and brings that knowledge to our Parts Team but we're sure it's his smile and customer care you'll enjoy best!
Mike Tucci
Parts Specialist
Luke DeChick
Parts Specialist
Ed Miller
Service Technician
Ed probably owns more bikes than Cycle Max! He's our local electrical guru. Simply put, there isn't an electrical issue this man can't fix. He continued his career with us from Fisher's Cycles from the very beginning and we couldn't be happier to have him here. Ed has honed the art of powersports repair and is happy to get your vehicle back on the road!
Vince Snyder
Service Technician
Vince is our go to guy! There's a real good chance if you had something repaired here, Vince has been involved. He combines a lifelong passion for powersports with his love of turning wrenches and continually amazes customers (and us) with his skills. His wealth of knowledge is only surpassed by his love for his family and racing! If you're ever at the track and wondered who just went flying by you with the Cycle Max logo on their bike...real good chance you just got passed by our guy!!!
Ken McCormick
Service Technician
Ken comes to Cycle Max from the high end car world and believe me when we say, precision is his middle name! The man knows his way around diagnostic computers just as well as a torque wrench. The best part is, he puts the old adage of grumpy techs to rest. He's all smiles and more than happy to help! If he's not turning wrenches he's probably out with his kids on the bay riding jet skis.
Drew Morris
Assembly Technician
Drew is our assembly tech and resident MX expert! If he isn't building your next ride with the utmost attention to detail, he's probably discussing Saturday night's Supercross results. If he's not here he's spinning laps at the local track. Make sure to say hi next time you take your dirt scooter for a rip!
